Our Mission Statement is...

“Connecting people to God, each other and the world!”

When Jesus Christ came from heaven to earth, He came into this world with a mission (Luke 19:10). When Jesus Christ left this world, He commanded and commissioned His children to continue and complete the mission He started. The mission assignment Jesus personally gave us is found in the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

The Great Commandment: “Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart... soul... and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments."
(Matthew 22:36-40)

The Great Commission: “Jesus said, ’Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.’” (Matthew 28:19-20)

These scriptures introduce us to FOUR GREAT PURPOSES God has for every individual and every church. Our Mission is to encourage and lead every believer into the discovery of these Four Great Purposes.

Our Mission is to connect People to GOD through:

1. EVANGELISM (Sharing Christ’s Good News with people): “Go and make disciples... baptizing them.”
2. EXALTATION (Worship is knowing and celebrating God’s presence): “Love God with all your heart!”

Our Mission is to connect People to EACH OTHER through:

3. EDUCATION (Discipleship is helping believers grow in Christ): “Teach them to obey.”
4. EDIFICATION (Ministry is discovering and using our God given gifts to serve God and each other): “Love your neighbor as yourself!"

Our Vision is simple: to become a biblically functioning community of believers so that Christ’s purposes can be accomplished in this world.
