"How do most people today really come to their belief systems? … What about your friends and my friends, your children and my children? … I believe today that they come to their belief system by an invasion on the imagination through the arts. …One of the reasons that existentialism gained such a stronghold and captured the imagination of university students of the 60’s and the 70’s… [was] because they came to the thinking process, through the avenue of the arts. … You can go see a play on Broadway, or you can turn to many a movie, to listen to music, and you will find certain philosophies of life either being endorsed, espoused, or questioned, and the popular mind today comes to philosophy not from a theoretical superstructure, but it comes to it from an infrastructure of the arts.”

WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
Drama done well helps people bring their defenses down. Drama done well in church will also connect people to the message - the Word. Our goal is to do drama well: to break down barriers so people are more receptive to the message, to open an arena for artists to use their dramatic and comedic gifts in worship, and to glorify God.
